Unlocking Homeownership: Empowering Communities Through Housing Education

Being able to afford a house is a major concern plaguing communities across America. With rising mortgage rates and low inventory, it has reached its lowest level since the Great Recession in 2007. The ABA Foundation is encouraging every bank to marshal available resources, talent and capabilities to help community members access sustainable homeownership. Our Unlocking Homeownership campaign equips banks of all sizes with resources and training to increase homeownership education and counseling.
