The Future of Bank Leadership

ABA-Wharton Leadership Lab develops the future leaders of the banking industry. The program is best suited for senior leaders who have been tapped to join the C-suite, and who are looking to develop their executive leadership skills. Leadership Lab is also equipped to help newly minted C-suite professionals thrive in their current roles. 

Leadership Lab attendees have a wide variety of bank expertise. When they come together, they discover how to manage dynamic cross-matrixed teams – all by learning from each other’s strengths. Previous participants have come from banks such as TD Bank, Apple Bank, Arvest Bank Group, Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association, and ConnectOne.
