Cancellation Policy

For Exam Online Prep Courses

Registration will enable access to the exam prep portal and all materials for a full year from the date of registration. Once access expires, you must register again and pay a new registration fee.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within the first five business days of registration for a refund less $100.00 fee. There are no cancellations after more than five business days from the registration date. If you cancel after that you will be responsible for the entire registration fee.

The purchase of ABA certification exam preparation materials is not required to sit for any certification exam and use does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.

*Please note that textbook refunds are processed separately. You will receive a separate email confirmation about your textbook purchase with refund and shipping information.
