Speakers

Thomas Orr is the product manager for Finastra’s Originate Mortgagebot, a mortgage point of sale system. He joined the team in 2022 and has previously worked on developing software solutions for multiple years. Thomas has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from the Missouri State University.

David Lykken, a 50-year mortgage industry veteran, is transforming how the mortgage and residential real estate industries do business. He has been an owner-operator of three mortgage banking companies and a technology company that went public. For many years, David has been helping companies grow through business consulting, executive coaching, and communications. Additionally, he is a frequent guest on FOX Business News and occasionally appears on CNN, CNBC, and CBS Evening News. He hosts the widely acclaimed weekly “Lykken On Lending” podcast.

Gwen Muse-Evans is the President of GME Enterprises, an advisory and management consulting firm that provides risk management, operations management, strategic support, and housing finance advisory services. In her previous roles, Gwen was senior vice president and chief risk officer for the credit portfolio management and single-family businesses at Fannie Mae. She is an accomplished C-suite leader with a proven track record of implementing strategies to achieve business goals and resolve complex issues associated with business and economic challenges. Gwen is a Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP), a certified instructor of Freddie Mac’s CreditSmart® program, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
