Women’s Programming at Annual Convention

This year’s Annual Convention offers sessions focused on women in banking and leadership.

How Allyship Can Be a Gamechanger for Your Bank

Gender diverse teams are more innovative and profitable and enable banks to connect with more customers – yet women are often overlooked for leadership roles. Join this panel of male CEOs to learn how to be an ally for women bankers, and get strategies to identify the most qualified candidates, many of whom are women.

General Session
Women and Money

Robin Hauser, Director at Finish Line Features LLC will discuss her award-winning documentary “$avvy,” a film which explores why it's critical for women to understand and take control of their personal finances. Attendees will receive temporary access to this investigative documentary around the historical and cultural norms surrounding how women manage money.
