Located in the heart of downtown Boston, the Union at 48 Boylston Street is the result of a collaboration between St. Francis House, the Planning Office for Urban Affairs of the Archdiocese of Boston and Eastern Bank, providing 46 new units of affordable housing.

Bartlett Place B

Bartlett Place B is part of a mixed development Bartlett Station plan to help revitalize the Roxbury community. The rental building, developed through support from Eastern Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, provides new homes to 60 families. Watch a short narrated slideshow on the property.
