Firmly believing in financial education and empowerment at all ages, Bank of the Rockies’ Rock Solid Financial Education program reaches community members of all ages. The program addresses traditional financial education while simultaneously addressing various aspects of financial education that are considered non-traditional. The program progressively engages bank staff at all levels of employment and capitalizes on building new and strengthening existing relationships. Financial education efforts are aimed at empowering current and future consumers to become and remain financially savvy and to develop and maintain safe and sound financial practices. Fostering a culture of financial empowerment is necessary to ensure that Bank employees and community members alike can more effectively pursue improved money management and a comfortable standard of living.
