Giving Back, Giving Together

C&N consistently attracts team members who have a strong inclination towards altruism. Eight years ago, C&N teammates expressed a desire to extend their philanthropic endeavors beyond the existing monthly giving days, recognizing the potential for making a more profound impact. This led the way to introduce a structured initiative called Giving Back, Giving Together.

During its inaugural year, the focus of this program was on supporting local food banks. Setting an ambitious target of $10,000, team members were encouraged to unleash their creativity and have fun. The response was overwhelming. Team members took it upon themselves to organize fundraisers, gather donations, and breathed life into the program, far surpassing the initial goal. The collective effort generated an astounding $50,000, marking the resounding success of the initiative.

Since then, the momentum of the program has continued to grow steadily. Each year the program has continued to grow and expand, taking on a diverse array of causes such as support for military service members, food banks, children in need, public libraries, and most recently, emergency services. The dedication and generosity of C&N's teammates have enabled the program to contribute over half a million dollars to our communities, with the added reassurance that every dollar raised remains within local, providing much-needed assistance to those in need.
