We developed and launched a charitable contribution program that encourages the USB team to increase their commitment to local non-profit community partners through volunteerism and the potential of a donation in their name made by the Bank. For every 10 hours volunteered in a quarter, each eligible employee spotlighted as a " Community Champion" can designate a $25 donation to a non profit of their choosing, with a limit of $250 per employee per calendar year.
