Luther Burbank Savings (LBS), through its corporate foundation (LBCF), has partnered with the local non-profit, Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County (CAPSC) and provided a seed grant to the organization for the development of a financial literacy program. This program is tailored specifically tor high school juniors and seniors, particularly those living in low-to-moderate (LMI) census tracts. CAPSC’s mission is to create generational economic and social stability. Their financial literacy program is facilitated primarily by CAPSC, but has strongly leveraged volunteers from LBS that have both lead and assisted in the program’s in-person and remote classes.
