The inaugural Better Together Volunteer Days was held on Sept. 28-29, 2022, across the entire seven-state footprint of Old National Bank.

The event showed ONB's values in action, rolling up out sleeves to help strengthen the communities we serve, with:

  • 1,572 ONB team members participating as volunteers
  • 5,300 volunteer hours logged
  • 110 different organizations served across seven states

It was part of a total of 46,739 volunteer hours served by ONB team members in 2022, and more than 1 million since 2005.

One Better Together Volunteer Days participant was 2022 Volunteer of the Year Kim Hagan, who logged 438 volunteer hours during the year. She has been an active leader and organizer for Old National’s signature 100 Cooks Who Care event and was instrumental in organizing her market’s participation in the Better Together Volunteer Days.
