Once the online enrollment form is submitted, it takes about a week for us to create your bank’s domain on the ABA's LMS and register the bank administrator(s). Administrators will then receive a welcome email with their login credentials and information about getting started.
ABA Frontline Compliance covers key federal banking regulations and topics that are important to banks. See a complete list of courses.
Courses are reviewed and updated annually by ABA subject matter experts. In most cases, these changes are made at least 30 days in advance of the regulatory or statutory compliance date. New courses are added as necessary to meet the training needs of our members.
The ABA Frontline Compliance Training Roadmap will help you identify applicable courses for employees. The bank’s compliance staff and other stakeholders should be involved in determining which courses are ultimately assigned and when.
Each employee will have a unique user record on ABA's LMS with their own username and password. The ABA LMS is accessible online 24/7/365.
If your bank already has a learning management system (LMS), ABA will provide you with the compliance courseware, which can be loaded on virtually any industry-standard LMS.

Yes. Administrators are enrolled in a curriculum of online training videos and given access to the Administrator Success Center what has video and printable documentation. Additionally, administrators can schedule a personalized one-on-one session with ABA Member Customer Support.
The administrator may assign courses to individuals, job roles, lines of business, custom groups, or all employees.
Yes. When assigning courses, an administrator has the option of adding a due date. The due date can be picked from a calendar or based on the employee's hire date. Due dates may also be edited for individual employees if needed. Employees may still access and complete the course after the due date has passed.
Optional, automated due date reminders go out 30/14/7 days prior to the due date, and a past due reminder goes out 2 days after the due date.
Except for bank director courses, all courses have an assessment that must be passed by the user with a minimum of 80%.
Administrators have access to standard and custom reports as well as dashboards. All reports may be downloaded and saved to Excel.
Managers can view course assignments and progress for their direct reports, and they receive a “digest” of due date reminders sent to their direct reports.
