Bridging Horizons:Matchmaking Forum for Strategic Partnerships

Embark on a unique opportunity for collaboration as we present a session designed to foster meaningful connections between Minority Depository Institutions (MDIs) and larger financial institutions. Not your typical matchmaking session on Valentine’s Day.

Comprised of four 25-minute, 1-on-1 meetings, this session is your chance to engage with large and midsize banks, explore partnership opportunities and see if there’s a match. You might just leave with a new partner.

Working Lunch: FHLB Affordable Housing Programs

As the deficit of affordable housing has continued to increase, innovative grant financing solutions are crucial to addressing the issue. The Federal Home Loan Bank will share information about its Affordable Housing Program, including the funds available for down-payment assistance and the funds available for development of multifamily and single-family affordable housing. The session will include examples of how banks have successfully deployed AHP funds in the communities they serve.
