The Hyatt Regency offers Internet in guest rooms for $5.00 per 24 hours. The Business Center is available to hotel guests 24 hours a day and includes computer terminals for Internet access, printing, fax machines and copier. Additional charges apply for these services.

Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms are reserved for the ABA CFO Exchange attendees at the Hyatt Regency
Indianapolis. To ensure your accommodations at the special conference rate of $159, please
make your reservations through ABA by May 18, 2012. All reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on hotel availability. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon.

Attire
Dress for the conference and related events is business casual. For comfort in the air-conditioned meeting rooms, consider bringing a sweater or jacket.

Travel Discounts
ABA offers special travel discounts through Delta Airlines and Hertz Car Rental. Visit www.aba.com/events/travel for more infromation.

Airport, Taxi, and Parking

  • 30-minute taxi trip from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is approximately $35.
  • Shuttle service ($17 per person-one way) is also available by contacting Carey Indiana at www.careyindiana.com or 317-241-6700.
  • Self-parking: $22 per 24 hours, payable by cash or credit card. Charges apply each time you exit the garage.
  • Valet parking: overnight $30, billed to your guest room

Registration Directory/Cancellation Deadline
May 25, 2012, is the deadline for the Advance Registration Directory and a full refund.
Cancellations must be received either in writing or faxed to 202-663-7543. If cancellations are
received after May 25, 2012, a $100 processing fee will be incurred. No refunds will be issued
after June 1, 2012.
